iCIMS‘ next-generation platform will deliver unified data, automation and integration to drive transformative experiences across the iCIMS Talent Cloud, starting with:

  • A new framework for creating, distributing and collecting job applications. Talent teams will be able to create a consistent candidate experience and reduce application drop-off with the iCIMS Apply Builder. Customers can configure and control exactly how job applications appear across participating third-party job boards, right from within the iCIMS ATS.
  • A powerful, 360-degree view of candidates and jobs. A new job dashboard will harness insights from the iCIMS ATS, iCIMS Talent Cloud AI, Job Advertising and third-party HCM data to give talent teams total visibility into how a job opening is performing, or where it needs a boost.

Greenhousethe hiring software company, today announced Greenhouse Goals, a new feature that gives recruiters and hiring teams a structured way to set, track and measure against hiring goals. Available to all Greenhouse customers, Goals enables talent acquisition (TA) teams to set goals at an individual or company-wide level, offering greater transparency into their performance and visibility into areas of improvement.

Candidates want to move fast – and companies need to be ready to move faster. Results from the Greenhouse Candidate Experience Report show that over half (58%) of candidates expect to hear back from companies in one week or less regarding their initial application. TA teams have to remain agile and consistently look for ways to improve the entire hiring journey to create a culture that attracts, engages and hires candidates in a competitive market. By tracking against their goals in Greenhouse, recruiting teams can use data to see where they’re falling behind and make changes that have a positive impact on their time-to-hire goals.

Eneje’ Consulting has developed a proprietary interview transcription tool which transcribes and scores interview in real-time. The Coaching Performance Assessment System (“CPAS”) qualitative tool transcribes and scores club-selected candidates’ responses during an interview based on criteria established by the organization.

By using this impartial interview tool, the club/organization along with Eneje’ will promote fairness across the board for the candidate, management, and club ownership. In addition, the CPAS also has a quantitative tool which uses data analytics and machine learning to evaluate individuals’ careers objectively and accurately, empowering the club/organization to go beyond traditional statistics.

“We consult with teams about their preferred candidates and determine their most desirable characteristics for a specific position and make recommendations,” Mr. Hasty said. “Eneje’ takes implicit biases like race, gender and nepotism out of the equation and identifies candidates who fit the precise criteria teams are seeking.”
