As part of the HCA solution, interactive dashboards enable HR managers to monitor, measure, and analyze key HR, benefits, and payroll information that is stored and managed in the iCON application faster and more efficiently. The information is now aggregated and displayed in an intuitive and visual format within the iCON Manager Services application.
Based on IBM Cognos Analytics software, Unicorn’s HCA Dashboards provide HR managers with valuable insights needed to tackle critical human capital challenges. The new dashboards also feature AI-powered multivariate forecasting which provides trend visualizations for payroll, deductions, PTO, new hires, and employee turnover.
