I will start by reiterating that you will need to acquire a new license for DRC CE if you do not already have one. Reason and Prerequisites
For each of the supported business scenarios for SAP ERP HCM, SAP HCM for S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, as described in the “Solution” section, the initial setup of the cloud edition is required. For detailed information regarding the setup of the cloud edition, refer to “Automatic Initial Setup Using Our Booster“.
