Yello Launches Sourcing Marketplace to connect employers with early talent candidates

Yello, the leader in early talent acquisition software, today announced strategic partnerships with leading talent acquisition technology partners to create the Yello Sourcing Marketplace, a diverse marketplace representing millions of early talent candidates. The services will seamlessly integrate with the Yello platform to help employers find and hire candidates virtually.

As universities and organizations cancel career fairs and other in-person recruiting events due to COVID-19, employers are turning to virtual recruiting methods to connect with early-career candidates. Yello has partnered with Symplicity, Tallo and Hiring America to create the industry’s first Sourcing Marketplace to better facilitate virtual connections between employers and candidates and to streamline employers’ hiring workflows.

With these partnerships, Yello meets long-term customer demand and empowers employers to expand their traditional early talent pools and reach candidates from targeted diverse or academic backgrounds. Employers can tailor their recruiting efforts with targeted candidate pools that will also include STEM students, high school students, veterans and more. Plus, companies are able to source and engage candidates within one platform.

Each partner offers a large pool of candidates and a unique focus area:

Symplicity, the leader in employability software with more than 2,000 university and college clients, hopes to bring more opportunities to its student users with the partnership, while also providing its employers with more tools such as easy interview scheduling, candidate evaluation and integration with multiple applicant tracking systems.

The Yello Sourcing Marketplace announcement is the latest in a series of virtual recruiting product enhancements from Yello.
