Customers frequently request to report the most recent data point of a certain field in Job information. Job information object is effective dated, and the effective date is not necessarily tied to a certain field when the new event record is created.
The report admin can create a manual change report logic built in the report (Link). However, the logic pulls only the employees with changes and excludes employees whose record hasn’t been changed within the selected date range or since the hire event.
