I have a confession: I am starting to feel slightly hammered by AI
So I reviewed what analysts and major HR technology vendors are actually saying about the HR agenda ahead.
The result did little to cure my AI fatigue.
But it did reveal something more interesting: AI may not simply be another HR trend. It increasingly connects questions about skills, workforce planning, governance, operating models, and even what we mean by “workforce”.
So I have a different question:
Is AI really at the top of your organization’s HR agenda?
