The format of addresses in EC is highly country specific. This provides a high level of flexibility when showing addresses in the employee profile. However, this can also lead to challenges in reporting. In particular it is difficult to show addresses of employees for different countries in a simple list report. The blogpost explains how such a simple address report could be realized but explains also the challenges and limitations which are related to that.
