Historical headcount is a common reporting requirement in SAP SuccessFactors, but analysing multiple historical points dynamically can be challenging. In this blog, I will demonstrate how Input Parameters and calculated columns can be used to create dynamic historical headcount snapshots based on a user-selected Reference Date.
