Recommended Matches
The Recommended Matches integration generates candidate recommendations based on Ceipal’s job descriptions—even including candidates who have not applied for the position. Recruiters can use InMail to reach out to candidates that are a good fit and add them to the candidate pipeline for the job post without leaving the ATS. The more recruiters use Recommended Matches, the more the algorithm learns and the better the matches get.
