Introduction
Over the past few weeks I’ve been getting a fair amount of questions about the Licence Usage Report that was added to the Compensation Home screen in one of the 2025 release. Here is a quick visual explanation of how it works and how things are calculated on top of the existing documentation.
Recording
In this 6 minutes recording we do a demonstration where we edit different compensation and variable pay templates to see how it impacts the Licence Usage Report.
Conclusion
Archiving worksheets will not lead them to drop off the count. Only inactivating a template will but we don’t recommend doing it
