Fixed day off – This refers to compulsory leave. Other than in exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, incidents or unexpected occurrences) even when workers are willing to work, they cannot do so on fixed days off.

Flexible Day Off – This kind of leave can be arranged more flexibly and if workers agree they can work on their flexible day off and employers are required to pay overtime.

To ensure your SAP system remains compliant, specific configurations are required, particularly in the “Time Management” module.
