Recruitology, the leading recruitment platform for local businesses, today announced the launch of Recruitology Labs. With this introduction, third-party developers can access both full recruitment solutions and APIs to build their own applications.
The APIs are the same ones Recruitology uses in its own applications, including job distribution and candidate matching. “Our team has developed a strong competency in recruitment technology, such as job classification and matching,” said Tim Weaver, COO of Recruitology.

Recruitology Labs represents an additional way in which HR service providers can partner with Recruitology. The debut includes seven applications and APIs that can be licensed. Examples include: fully white-labeled recruitment solution accessible via Single Sign-On, candidate and job matching and O*NET classification for both resumes and jobs. The technology library will expand over time.
