I have recently had interest in a recruiting report that supports salary analysis for internal candidates. There are many ways to approach a request like this. I recently built a report that allows recruiting or compensation teams to view current and proposed job information for an internal candidate. This blog describes how I leveraged the SuccessFactors Story Reports, using a handful of its built-in capabilities, to deliver this report.
