The other day I came across jobs.workable.com. Its a stand alone job board that aggregates all of jobs posted to the Workable ATS that mainly serves SMBs.
My immediate thought is why isn’t every large ATS doing this?
Creating a sub domain and leveraging your own technology is a simple, easy thing to do.
- It brings extra value to your client base by attracting seekers.
- It helps job seekers uncover jobs that may be buried deep inside other job boards.
- It’s a win-win for all involved.
I’d love to see more of this initiative from applicant tracking systems. For too long many of them have failed to iterate enough and move the technology forward.
